Oh, I overlooked that we are talking about Windows. Mea culpa.
At least if the OP is running XP, try:
netstat -ano | findstr :80
In the last column, this will return the PID of the process listening on
port 80 (if there is any). Then, the OP can easily find the proccess in
mention by using task manager (sort by PID).
