Not really - you have a server still running.  Look at adminstrator tools ->
services and track down the Apache service.  Stop it.  Check for IIS and other
web servers, and stop them too.  Now you will be able to start apache listening
on port 80.

See the Listen directive if you would rather run Apache on another port (say,
8080) while leaving IIS or another server running on port 80.  Remember that
you need to switch your ServerName to include that :8080 suffix!
