Where did you read information on this, from this list?  We have the
same problem with Apache restarting its self but it's much more profound
on our system.  It will happen anywhere between 2 and 8 times a day.
Everything seems normal in the logs are we are pretty much at a loss.
For the past month or so, I have been switching out hardware and making
sure that the infrastructure is sound but have yet to find anything that
would cause the host to stop servicing requests.  I'm getting real close
to dumping Apache all together and trying to find an alternative. :(
