httpd service not starting on Windows 2008 (64bit) through Microsoft Failover Cluster

In regards to this particular issue to get Apache to run on 2008 failover cluster manager.

After setting up the Apache service in the 2008 failover cluster manager.  
Select the service group and in the summary pane of the service you will see the apache service.  
Select the apache service, right click and select properties.
This is the properties of the service.  If you remove the -k runservice from the "Startup Parameters".  This will allow the service to start through the failover cluster manager.
