Based on these and the docket and the Frontier webpage, I do not see
Frontier starting service to Merida.  How can you have "strong bookings" for
flights that are basically using one airport (Merida) instead of another
(Cancun) because the latter is out of service?

Of course they are.  I totally agree that the main reason for the MID
flights
is to get their 1200 (wow!!) passengers out of Cancun, however, I am betting
that if they see strong bookings, MID may just be on the list of new places
to
go
