It was either last week or the one before that I forwarded notes from = the Airline (CUNY) list as to what they were going to do. they had special identifying cards/shirts to display when they were shooting pictures of aircraft at airports. It seems the cops etc.. were leaving them alone. = I am going to forward this to the CUNY airline list in hopes someone has = saved that e-mail with the pictures of their cards and shirts. This is only a suggestion as to how you won't be nabbed by the cops. Airline list, do = you remember that e-mail I refer to? Anyone interested in adding their comments on restricting photography on NYCT, please log onto: http://www.mta.info/nyct/rules/proposed.htm If you don't, this proposed ban will go into effect un-modified and all us railfans will have to go "under the radar" and become "guerilla railfans" when on NYCT. And think about it, how would this affect any future fantrips and vintage train excursions on NYCT? They may get banned as well ! We all have to at least TRY and stop this insanity ! The deadline is Monday, Jan 10 - speak now or forever hold your peace! Make your voice heard !
