Diff btwn psgr and military. Dont know nothing about the Military--mutual decision that America would be better off if I wasnt involved. Full passenger planes with baggage containers plus cargo containers plus on some main deck loading cargo pallets-always different stuff. I would guess military handles same things over and over.
