Just got out of a presentation made by a couple of Boeing execs to QF trying to persuade us to buy B777 and B7E7 acft. They said that although they only had firm orders for 52 B7E7s, they were holding purchase deposits for a further 115 acft and there would definitely be announcements by customer airlines about orders at Farnborough.
