HP is suffering from "stretching themselves too thin" They added a lot more flights that they can handle with not giving themselves enough room for unscheduled problems. HP is different than other airlines where you can see an aircraft arriving at the destination at 2:30 am and leaving 5:30 am in the morning. This is especially the case with LAS flights. Add the notorious delays of BOS you have a 40-50% on time departure rate. I know one flight that has similar continuous failure to depart on time scheduling. The 8:30 pm LAS-SEA flight is always late because the airplane does either PHX-ORD-LAS or LAS-ORD-LAS before that. ORD is pretty bad place to be and that is having a ripple effect on this LAS-SEA flight..
