Rebecca, you did not read the question. The question was what would = happen on a through ticket. If CO issued a ticket to Sydney then it's CO's responsibility to get the passenger to Sydney. If CO endorsed the = ticket over to AA, then it's AA's responsibility to get the passenger to = Sydney. All they have to do is get you = =3D there. They have absolutely no liability for anything else. If they = rebook you =3D on American, then American has the liability once Continental = endorses the ticket. But American would still only have to get you to LAX. This = has happened to our clients on numerous occasions and is one of the reasons = =3D why code shares and alliances are useful for more than just shared = frequent flyer credits.=3D20 Rebecca Abbott TQ3 Travel Solutions -----Original Message----- From: The Airline List [mailto:AIRLINE@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dennis W Zeuch Sent: Friday, September 12, 2003 6:10 PM To: AIRLINE@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: thru tkts If you bought a thru tkt from Continental routed say CLE LAX on CO and = =3D LAX SYD on QF. If CO was delayed or cxld and you missed the =3D connection.....what would be CO's liability if any these days?
