No, all 4 runways are parallel to each other.  Look at the listing for LAX
at www.airnav.com.  All four runways have a heading of 249 magnetic (runways
24 & 25) and 69 magnetic (runways 06/07).
In summary:
6L/24R is parallel to 6R/24L, 7L/25R, 7R/25L
6R/24L is parallel to 6L/24R, 7L/25R, 7R/25L
7R/24L is parallel to 6L/24R, 7L/25R, 6R/24L
7L/24R is parallel to 6L/24R, 7R/25L, 6R/24L
