Dorval also has a 0100-0600 local curfew that prohibits overnight cargo
of the type that seems to be prevalent in North America.  I've seen the
74Es occasionally at Dorval, and First Air also routes their 732 Combis
YOW-YUL-(Kujjuuaq)-Iqaluit (YFB).  Mirabel also has that enterprise zone
thing that probably helps a bit with attracting cargo.
