Thai's SEA-YYZ service was never a DC-10. It started out as 747 service
and then I believe they based an A300 or A310 in SEA to do the shuttle
to YYZ and back.

Here is a list of other airlines that have or at one point had 5th
freedom rights between Canada and the US:

Air New Zealand YVR-HNL
Air Pacific YVR-HNL
British Airways YYZ-JFK
British Airways YYZ-DTW
Cathay Pacific YVR-SFO
Cathay Pacific YVR-JFK
El Al YYZ-LAX
Malaysia Airlines YVR-EWR
Philippine Airlines YVR-SFO
Qantas YVR-HNL
Qantas YYZ-HNL
Royal Jordanian YMX-JFK
Varig YYZ-ORD

I can attest to Thai's YYZ-SEA flight. Took it myself. Though I recall
it being a DC-10.. but I was young and impressionable.

It did dump you off as an International arrival at SEA which caused a
touch of confusion.

Left aisle had english announcements, right was a language other than
Thai. Menu and food to match.

Never forgot that flight...
