What happens is ORD Airport Authority's airfield operations team would 1) assign the carrier a parking spot (remote or otherwise). 2) Offer the captain a choice of ground handling services to choose from (and their various payment plans -payment demand to billing net) and the Airport Authority can also arrange for fueling and will bill the carrier for payment later. greg
