Its personal preference i guess but i'll bet the ranch that most folks today prefer DVD and having a chance to sit in an airline cockpit during landing, given how very very difficult that is to do these days in person is a super super treat. Just Planes does have some good airport videos - I have about 2 dozen on tapes - and the earlier ones were great because they went straight to the aircraft viewing.
