Yesterday afternoon as I was leaving Newark a NW 727-200 was landing. I thought NW pulled these from service. Do they have a few they use as spares or back-up aircraft, or do they do a charter-only service? I didn't have time to see if it actually went to a NW gate or parked elsewhere at EWR.
