Caribbean Star Airlines Announces Network With WINAIR Caribbean Star Airlines announced today a new co-operation agreement with the St Maarten based airline, Windward Islands Airways International N.V. (WINAIR), effective December 1st 2002. Caribbean Star will operate as partner carriers offering convenient connections linking to WINAIR destinations. Caribbean Star is based in Antigua and offers daily flights to 14 destinations - Antigua, Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Nevis, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Tobago, and Tortola. WINAIR Air currently serves the following Caribbean destinations: Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barths, Anguilla, St. Kitts, Nevis, Tortolla, and Dominica. He says that initiatives such as these are designed to encourage tourism throughout the Eastern Caribbean region.
