The answer in the long term has to be more than beating on the workers.  Cant
have a few multi million dollar managers and everyone else minimum wagers.
Many of these employees have already given back money and given up raises in
order to allow management to get their house in order and become profitable.
They have seen the wrong size and type acfts put on the wrong routes at the
wrong times at the wrong fares.  Total mismanagement.  Now  AGAIN they are
being told that if they work harder and longer for less.....everything will
be alright.  The companys are gonna have to work with what they have got.
I'm not against negioating with the unions on deferring raises and amending
job rules but this is not the only answer to the carriers problems.
