..also..what NW needs to know is that bad wx was in the area...subsequent ATC delays resulted and these factors were written on the daily report. With all this in mind, it's documented that it was beyond control of the certificate holder..thus the delay/(diversion) will not count against them. ...and yes...the ETA at DAY is messed up and appears it was never updated with the arrival. Previous experience "(speculation)" is that, DAY ground folk wanted to unload the aircraft, get the pax out and go home. (that was the last flight of the evening and it was two hours late)...and they never entered the arrival time...happens often when late night (last) arrivals are late and all they want to do is go home. (Personal note: I have had to call a crew at the hotel to make sure they were there, because I never got an arrival block time).
