Isn't this statistic meaningless when all but one carrier is posting at least
an 80% on time record? Oh well, I've got more bones to pick with Mr Bethune
than with the DOT so here's the April On Time ranking:

5) United 83.5%
6) Alaska 82.6% (kowabunga!)
