Bombardier sells 25 CRJ-200 jets to Atlantic Coast

TORONTO, June 4 (Reuters) - Bombardier Inc (BBDb) said on Tuesday its
aerospace unit has sold 25 CRJ-200 jets to Atlantic Coast Holdings Inc.
(ACAI) for $572 million.

Montreal-based Bombardier, the world's third-largest civil aircraft maker
and the No. 1 manufacturer of passenger trains, said the aircraft are
scheduled for delivery during 2003 and 2004.

Atlantic Coast feeds Delta Air Lines (DAL) and United Airlines (UAL) in
Eastern and Midwest states as Delta Connection and United Express. The jets
will be flown under the United Express banner.

Shares of Bombardier slipped 6 Canadian cents to close at C$13.59 on the
Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday, while Atlantic Coast stock lost 20 cents
to $20.75 on Nasdaq.
