1. More point-to-point service and less hubbing
2. A new color scheme
3. Increase leg room
4. Reduce complexity of fares
5. Study WN hard to see how they do it

and if I was really in charge,
6. Replace current aircraft with aircraft from the
past:  How would you like to see UAL flying Caravelles,
DC-8's (with original engines), DC-6's, DC-7's, and
Viscounts.  And for the overseas routes, Stratocruisers!
