This would be a good letter to print out and carry, but without the relevant
name of the official
and other bits in the letterhead and signature, it could be difficult to
make the case that this letter was not simply fabricated. A suspicious
security person might not believe that this was a real letter.

Perhaps you could scan the whole letter and offer it as a word attachment
for those interested?
