Thanks for the input from those who replied and for those who haven't yet...:-). (Please forgive the "bulk" mail reply, but my agenda is packed this evening with chores.) The letter will be going out Express Mail on Monday to bypass most of the postal delays occuring here in DC due to the anthrax precautions. I will also be sending a copy to my Congressman. I will mention in the letter that I am aware of the obvious reasons that photography is forbidden near security checkpoints and local jurisdictions may prohibit photography at certain locations.
