rpm command gives:
prelink: /lib/libc-2.5.so has a dependency cycle
prelink: /usr/lib/rpm/rpmdb_archive: at least one of file's
dependencies has changed since prelinking
These should clear up once prelink runs {cron.daily 4am}, or you could
forcefully run prelink now.
try:
# time /etc/cron.daily/prelink
This is possibly beside the real issue in any case; seth's queries will
probably get you closer to the issue.
