[Yum] More on BitTorrent and YUM

After reading this thread, I will have to agree that having a good and 
simple persistent cache mechanism would be a very good thing. 
Particularly one that doesn't require editting all of the repo files.
I also can't think of any good way to implement it in anything resembling 
a practical manner.  I know Andrew Waldron was doing something like this 
with Whitewater, but I don't know the details.

I like yum.  I like yum a lot more now than 2 years ago, the improvements 
have been fantastic.  Please keep up the good work.
