hi... i'm interested in using yum.. or at least experimenting with it... however, i can't seem to find a version from rpmfind.net that will simply install/work without having me go through and do a manual/great deal of upgrades to various apps, which then gets me into the dependency issues, which is what i wanted yum for in the first place!!!! i have rh8.0. i tried to pull up the version for rh8.0 with no luck. i also tried to get the rh7.3 but here again it has conflicts.. any ideas/pointers.. i don't really want to spend a great deal of time need to do manual upgrades of various apps... thanks -bruce
