YUM doesn't require a server :P

That is, you can simply dump the base/updates/rpms in a universally
accessible disk have some arbitrary machine run 'yum-arch' over it and
Bob's yer uncle.

Satellite server requires urm.. A server to which all machines needing
updates need to connect.
