In attachment a patch what help yum to traverse directory with configs.
In my case i add /etc/yum.d directory and place here configs in this
form:

black@black> cat /etc/yum.d/Private.yum
[Private]
name=My own private repository
baseurl=file:///opt/repositories/Private
gpgcheck=1
-------------------------------------------
It's very usefull to maintain this files, like in /etc/profile.d for
example.
