No, libvirit send event when domain starts, i catch it and get domain
xml from libvirt via binding. Parse xml element with address and
answer to dhcp queries from vm.
Also i use this method because libvirt now does not have ability to
use netfilter with ethernet devices (i have hand-made patch to remove
physdev from default iptables rules, but this is ugly hack).
