You'll find this several times in the list archives, but:

1. Fetch all updated RPMs from ftp://updates.redhat.com/9/...
2. Replace old packages in RedHat/RPMS with newer updates, for all
architectures.
3. Run genhdlist, from the anaconda-runtime package.
