Perhaps that's new, perhaps I just never saw it. In _my_ dhcp setup, the
filename is the name of the file for the bootrom to load, and that's
incompatible with ks using it.

;-) I keep a bin handy for tossing them in.

If you're using a CD, consider installing from a customised single-CD
set of software.

I don't see that dhcp has any particular advantage over http, provided
you know what the server is.
