And are the i686 packages properly upgraded in your tree? In other words, I suspect you either missed the i586 and i686 errata packages, or that script did. The glibc rpm is one of the very few that has several archs (i386.rpm, i586.rpm, i686.rpm) and it looks like only the i386 one got dealt with. Check and make SURE that the tree you are trying to run genhdlist on a) only has one version of the glibc i386 rpm, one version of the glibc i586 rpm, etc b) they are all the same version of (looks like 2.3.3 is the newer one) glibc -- Hunter Matthews Unix / Network Administrator Office: BioScience 145/244 Duke Univ.
