Issues with beta release 8139too.o?

I have just tried to upgrade my kickstart installation to accommodate
the new beta release of Redhat. Everything seems to go all right until
I get to the loader stage (/sbin/loader). Here, I find the client
re-requesting a DHCP lease from the kickstart / DHCP server, and
failing. Sniffing the network, and looking at the DHCP logs. I find the
client requesting a lease, and the server ack-ing back with the correct
IP... repeatedly until the client gives up. It claims that gets no
response from the DHCP server.

dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:30:1b:33:03:1a via eth1
dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 172.16.30.100 to 00:30:1b:33:03:1a via eth1

I am guessing that amongst all of the changes from 7.3 to the Aug. beta,
there are some changes in the 8139too driver, and that this may be the
hassle, but I just don't know.

Any suggestions on how to try to figure this out?
