I got some updates from my bugreport on this.  When the change was made to 
parted, that functionality stopped working...  SO, from what I was told, 
the docs have been changed, and the --onprimary code and listings have 
veen removed from ksconfig, so that you can no longer select that as an 
option.

Sigh....
