FWIW, a rawhide version of kernel 2.4.12-0.1 is on the site at the
moment

ftp://rawhide.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/rawhide/i386/RedHat/RPMS/

Of course, the fact it's on rawhide suggests that there's no guarantees
of anything :-)
