Here is the beginning of mine:

# language
lang en_US

# network install type
network --bootproto dhcp
nfs --server 123.456.78.9 --dir /home/linux

# keyboard
keyboard us

What are you using on the boot disk (ks=floppy or ks=nfs)?

What are the permissions in the /etc/exports file for that directory?  Can
you mount that particular directory from another computer?  What errors are
reported?  What does VC3 & 4 tell you?
