What to see improved: the 0.28 release has been plagued with people
having issues with OpenSSL issues. I say this from my experience idling
on #func (freenode).

From time to time, on one of my 'overlords' (acl'd m2m node) we get
timeouts connecting to nodes when checking on async operations.

This is a major buzzkill and screwes my entire release process (see
also: Taboot).

I'd like to work with you to find out what is the root cause of these
timeouts.
