I guess you know that Windows 10 will go end-of-life some time this year.

Did you use the Windows disk manager to shrink the windows partition to allow Fedora to be installed?

Usually you can ignore ACPI errors as it the kernel noticing a buggy BIOS.

I assume you mean that you do not see a grub menu?
By default the grub menu is hidden I recall. Holding down SHIFT while booting should bring it up.

You can boot Fedora from by selecting it in the BIOS?
Which would imply that the grub boot loaded is installed.

You could change the grub defaults so that the menu is not hidden and is show for a few seconds.
This might make things easier to work with.
