I've been noticing for a little while that when looking at the details for repository packages that it only populates the "File List" section for installed packages, for uninstalled packages it just says "Missing Info". Is this just Dnfdragora not doing things correctly or is this a Fedora change to not provide that info unless the package is installed?
The repo file list data is not downloaded by default, only when needed. That is a recent change. Installed packages have their files in the rpm database.
