AFAIK Firefox has its own built-in codecs, while totem uses the

None of them seem right.
I installed the rpmfusion .rpm's listed here:

I had to use rpm, as firefox just downloaded.
To search for the package, I used
sudo dnf --enablerepo=rpmfusion-\* whatprovides '*plugins-ugly-1.2*' | grep Repo
