You can follow those links to learn what hardware is supported by what version. As you know, Fedora Project doesn't distribute or support those drivers. At the moment the fine folks at rpmFusion supply 440 - Current hardware 390 - Older Hardware 340 - Older, Older Hardware Don't expect rpmFusion to be supplying 340 much longer due to difficulties integrating with 5.6 kernel as well as the fact that only one person active at rpmFusion, if I recall correctly, has the needed hardware to test. I didn't do much in the area of research since I'm not all that interested in running wayland at the moment. However, my understanding is that only the 440 driver will have support for wayland. So, if you have the hardware which supports the 440 driver you can certainly test it yourself. Also, you may wish to join a community dedicated to nVidia and the linux drivers. They would probably be much more helpful in answering questions. https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-unix-graphics/linux/148 -- The key to getting good answers is to ask good questions. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
