First, did you try "scanimage -L"  ?

Second, the function to enable/disable Bonjour is a printer function.  The HP 4620 has an
embedded web server that you can/should access to check and make settings changes. 

Your interface may look different than mine since I don't have the same printer.  But here
is what my interfaces shows.
