If I were having this problem, I'd disable the FW, reboot everything, and see what happens.

What ever it is, it seems to be affecting few people as (granted my BZ searches are weak)
I could not find any BZ that addresses this.  It also seems difficult to reproduce.

I don't discount anything at this point.
