According to Firefox's cliget, the address is:
https://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/8u181-b13/96a7b8442fe848ef90c96a2fad6ed6d1/jre-8u181-windows-i586.exe?AuthParam=1534577721_2ae0bad94b6341c2907ebf82aa395171
But how do I get the "AuthParam"?
There is javascript on that page that either generates the key or
contacts the site to request it.
How do I click "Agree" and the download link with curl?
You don't, it's javascript.
There is a code you can send from curl that says you pressed the
button. In Firefox, you can go into tools -> web developer -> network
and see what the button pressed response was and then copy it
out as a curl command.
It just could not figure this one out.
Because it's not a regular button. It's not a form that you can submit.
It's an html button hooked up to some javascript code that creates new
urls for you. If you don't see any other requests in firefox while you
are doing that, then the javascript itself creates the authkey. I
suppose you could try to figure out what that code is doing.
How often do you download these files? This seems like a lot of work
for something that generally is done quite rarely.
