That seems odd, but then I'm not alone. On this Fedora 27 it doesn't
work, while on the new one I've configured as an NFS server it does
work and I tried several Plymouth themes, they worked without a problem.
Of course the server doesn't really matter since it will normally be
without a display.
Both computers are configured similarly with XFCE.
I just figured I'll put the "tribar" on this workstation system and at
have some measure of progress rather than a spinning symbol.
Incidentally, it changed from a sort of rotating wheel to a rotating
worm in a circle as best I can describe them after running dracut
--force. But it never brings up the tribar theme set with the Plymouth
command?
