It looks like somewhere between 2.5.1 and 2.7.3, dnf stopped parsing includepkgs in repo files (which the example above uses).

I don't know if the change in dnf behavior is intentional or not. The dnf.conf man page documents "include" as the option, but there are surely still plenty of repo files which contain includepkgs as used by yum for years.

If you want to re-enable the ux repo, changing includepkgs to include should work.
