DNF: ValueError: Can't set use_includes for repo with given name.

Hi,

My DNF for some reason stopped working today, when I do `dnf remove 
package` I always get following Traceback on Fedora 26:

I tried dnf clean all and it didn't help. Does anyone have information 
on this problem and how it may be fixed?
