Sometimes weirdness like that occurs--especially if you have a dual-lib system (lots of Wine users have issues like this). I've often thought that it'd be really nice if there was a "hint" you could give dnf that says "in the case of conflicts in architectures, x86_64 wins", but I think the code to implement that sort of thing would be fairly complex since there are so many possible conflicts. Humans are still the best pattern-recognition engines on the planet and I guess letting us decide what needs to be done is best. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer, AllDigital ricks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - AIM/Skype: therps2 ICQ: 226437340 Yahoo: origrps2 - - - - If it's stupid and it works...it ain't stupid! - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
