To clarify little all devices are on same subnet, 192.168.1.0/24. The
printer and machine A, B and C has its IP-addresses reserved in the
routers DHCP-server.

Machine A has been able to use the printer and scanner of AIO printer
since I bought it for two years ago. Now

Yes. (I don't have problem with Android devices)

Yes. The HP Device Manager (HPDM) is part of hplip.
